All run & strength coaching is via the Summit app & Final Surge (FS) Coach/Athlete. 

 

How communication works:

You link to me as your coach in FS and ‘comment’ after every workout for me to review and respond.

After you complete your – run/strength/health – form, I’m notified and will be in contact within 48h to discuss goals and your schedule moving forward. 👌

 

Fees

To set you up and build your initial program, the start up fee: $170.

Coaching cost is $220/month for a minimum of 3 months. 

 

Additional options

If you are local, I strongly recommend arranging an in studio initial appointment, run analysis and functional movement screen. This is a 1hr appt and costs $197. 

 

Regular weekly 1:1 run strength coaching appointments are 50min / $120 or $157 if monthly.
